1. The Service

SignageVisualizer lets you upload a photo of a business location along with sign artwork, and generate AI-rendered visualizations of how a proposed sign may look once installed. Each visualization consumes one credit.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under it. Keep your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Credits & Payment

• Credits are purchased in one-time packages. One credit equals one visualization.
• Credits do not expire.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time.
• Because visualizations are generated instantly and consume compute resources, used credits are non-refundable. See the Refunds section below.

4. Visualization Accuracy & No Guarantee

SignageVisualizer generates AI visualizations for illustration purposes only. Visualizations are intended to help you and your customers imagine a finished sign. They are not construction drawings, engineering plans, or exact representations of the final installation, and they are not fabrication-ready proofs. Actual materials, dimensions, colors, letterforms, mounting details, illumination behavior, and workmanship may differ, and the AI may alter text or logo detail. You are responsible for checking artwork accuracy before fabrication. You should not rely on a visualization as a binding promise of the finished result, and you are responsible for communicating this to your own customers and for the accuracy of any quote or contract you provide to them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you do not have the right to use.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself without permission.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the visualizations you generate. You grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload. That includes photographs of a customer's property, and — because this Service works by rendering a customer's own branding onto a building — the logos, wordmarks and artwork you submit. Those marks usually belong to your customer or a third party, and you must have their permission to use them. Do not upload a brand's artwork to produce signage concepts you have not been engaged to propose.

7. Refunds

If you experience a technical problem that prevents a visualization from generating, contact us and we will make it right, typically by restoring the affected credit. Unused credit packages may be eligible for a refund at our discretion; credits already used to generate visualizations are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that visualizations will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignageVisualizer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
