Pricing FAQ

How does the monthly allowance work?

Each plan includes a set number of visualizations per month. The allowance resets at the start of every billing period. It does not roll over, so unused visualizations from one month are not added to the next.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the customer portal, linked at the top of this page once you're subscribed. You keep your allowance until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're not charged again.

What if I run out before the month is up?

You can move up to a larger plan at any time from the customer portal, and the change applies straight away. Any credits you bought previously as one-time packs are still on your account and are used automatically once the monthly allowance runs out.

Can I show a customer several concepts?

Yes, and it's the point. Each render uses one visualization, so you can show the same building as channel letters, as a lightbox, and lit at night, all from one site photo and one logo file.

Can I use the visualizations in quotes and marketing?

Yes. Download them and use them in proposals, texts, social posts and permit submittals. They're yours.
