1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information. When you sign up (for example, with Google), we receive your name and email address to create and secure your account.
• Images you upload. Site photos of buildings and properties, sign artwork or logo files, and any style reference photos of previously fabricated signs, along with the visualizations we generate from them.
• Visualization settings and records. The sign type, illumination, size, finish, mounting and notes you choose, the placement area you mark on a photo, and the instruction text sent to the AI model for each render. We keep these so a result can be reproduced, explained or improved later.
• Payment records. Purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider. We never receive or store your card details. We do keep a record of each purchase — the pack bought, the amount, and the credits granted — so your balance can be audited and reconciled.
• Usage data. Basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the Service and generate signage visualizations.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To maintain account security and prevent abuse.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
• To improve the quality and reliability of the Service.

3. Uploaded Photos

Images you upload are used to generate the visualizations you request. We process them using trusted third-party AI infrastructure to produce the output. We do not sell your images. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any site photo, logo, or artwork you submit, including your customers' branding.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. To operate the Service we share data with a small number of providers: an authentication provider for sign-in, a third-party AI image-generation provider which receives the images and instructions for each render, cloud object storage which holds your files, a payment provider, and analytics. Each receives only what that function needs, and we share data otherwise only when required by law.

5. Data Retention

Your images are stored, not discarded after rendering: site photos, artwork, style references and generated visualizations stay in your account, grouped by project, so you can return to a job later. They remain until you delete them.

Deleting an asset removes that file. Deleting a project removes its photos, artwork, references and visualizations together. These deletions are permanent and we cannot recover the files afterwards. Account information and payment records are retained while your account is active, and payment records may be kept longer where required for tax or accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
